Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior / Project Manager - Oncology based in Spain to lead Phase I–IV oncology trials, coordinating cross-functional teams across local, regional, and global settings. You will drive start-up to closeout, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain client relationships in a remote-first environment.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement, collaborating with international teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of oncology clinical project management experience.
• Experience in pharma/CRO environments with clinical research oversight.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and international regulatory requirements.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–IV oncology trials from study start-up through closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams, coordinating stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and adapt project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and delivery strategies.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance in line with contracts.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to protect study delivery.
• Promote collaboration and resolve conflicts across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
