BeOne is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa) strategy in Spain. You will work closely with local teams and international brand partners to ensure successful pre-launch and launch activities, guiding promotional tools, budget, and KPIs.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare marketing, strong cross-functional influence, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Travel to congresses and medical meetings is expected as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare with 7+ years in commercial marketing.
• Launch experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Sales is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Self-driven, motivated, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa) marketing strategy, including omnichannel activities.
• Develop national brand plans aligned with international strategy.
• Lead local pre-launch and launch activities with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with agencies, Sales, Medical, and stakeholders to create promotional tools.
• Own the marketing budget and track key performance indicators.
