BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Business Analytics & Insights Manager to own data, analytics, and insights for Spain and Portugal. You will lead analytics across commercial, medical, and market access domains and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

The role drives planning processes, performance measurement, and incentive analytics, partnering with global BI and local teams to optimize market strategies in haemato‑oncology.

Formación

• Min 7 years’ work experience in a Commercial/Marketing support role in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries, preferred haemato‑oncology
• 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector or biotech
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Owns data, analytics, and insights across commercial, medical, and market access domains in Spain & Portugal.
• Defines and controls analytical frameworks (segmentation, targeting, performance measurement).
• Translates data into decision-ready recommendations and dashboards for leadership.
• Provides insights to inform marketing strategies for launches in haemato-oncology.
• Supports AOP/LRP processes with analytical input and scenario analysis.
• Leads KPI frameworks and dashboards; evaluates field force effectiveness; optimizes resource allocation.
• Validates and analyzes incentive plans for sales performance; supports plan administration with local teams.
