Docker, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding professional to guide customers through the initial onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and scalable experience.

The role focuses on provisioning, onboarding of Docker products, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction during transitions between teams. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support to refine onboarding operations, deliver customer-centric solutions, and drive automation across workflows

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of professional, post-grad experience with external customers in onboarding/implementation roles.
• Direct customer-facing onboarding experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn cutting-edge technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Support to refine onboarding operations.
• Guide customers through initial onboarding journey and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Improve workflows and tooling through automation.
• Contribute to team knowledge base with solutions to common scenarios.
• Execute day-to-day onboarding strategies with rapid, low-friction delivery.
• Ensure smooth transitions between CS, Sales, Onboarding and Support for ongoing relationships.
• Provide personalized onboarding with efficient, automated processes.
