Domino Data Lab is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to bridge customers and Engineering. You will own enterprise support cases end-to-end, triaging issues across Kubernetes infrastructure, ML platform components, authentication, data connectivity, and deployment, while contributing to the knowledge base to scale the team.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years in enterprise technical support or similar customer-facing tech role at a SaaS or AI platform company.
• Hands-on Kubernetes: pod lifecycle, kubectl, RBAC, namespaces, persistent volumes.
• Strong Linux and command-line proficiency, log analysis and scripting.
• Familiar with Python-based ML workflows and model training/serving.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized environments.
• Methodical troubleshooter who forms hypotheses and tests them against logs.
• Clear written communicator; able to write updates and KB articles without follow-up.
• Able to manage multiple cases across time zones in a remote-first team.

Responsabilidades

• Own support cases for enterprise customers from triage to resolution with clear communication.
• Diagnose and resolve Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot ML platform problems including workspace and model deployment issues.
• Document detailed bug reports and enhancement requests in Jira; advocate for customers with Product/Engineering.
• Write and review knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for the team.
• Coordinate handoffs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to ensure continuity.
• Run live troubleshooting sessions with customers via video and participate in on-call rotations.
