Axpo Group in Madrid seeks an M365 Engineer with Exchange expertise to design, implement, and optimize hybrid environments for a secure modern workplace. You will manage Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online, ensuring stability and high availability while enabling seamless mail flow and governance.

The role requires strong PowerShell automation, AD/Azure AD acumen, and experience with migration tools.

Formación

Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, and AAD Connect.
PowerShell automation for monitoring and operations.
Experience with email security, compliance, and retention solutions.
Microsoft 365 certifications are ideal (e.g., MS-203).
Familiarity with migration tools Quest and BitTitan.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and maintain Exchange environments for stability and high availability.
Manage hybrid deployments including mail flow, connectors, and coexistence configurations.
Troubleshoot messaging issues across Outlook, OWA, and EWS in enterprise environments.
Lead large-scale migrations (cross-tenant, cutover, and public folders).
Collaborate with teams to integrate with Active Directory, DNS, firewalls, and M365 services.
Implement email security, compliance policies, and governance frameworks (DMARC/DKIM/SPF).
