Trigyn Technologies is seeking a Productivity & Collaboration Services Administrator to support Microsoft 365 services from Valencia, Spain. The role focuses on global administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and related messaging and collaboration systems for enterprise environments.

The successful consultant will work under the DSM Team Lead, collaborating with DSM members and units, participate in on-call rotations, and assist end users with M365 queries across remote

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience managing large, multi-site email/identity infrastructure.
• At least 1 year of experience with Cloud and M365 deployments.
• Excellent knowledge of Exchange Online, Defender, Purview.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Entra ID in complex environments (SSO, MFA, governance).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and MS Graph skills to automate processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global admin and management of the M365 tenant.
• Configure Entra ID policies and governance.
• Administer Exchange Online, OneDrive, Defender, Purview.
• Manage provisioning and lifecycle of Entra ID objects.
• Manage mail routing, hygiene, and archiving policies.
• Perform data recovery and eDiscovery tasks.
• Handle identity security policies including SSO and MFA.
• Assist end users with M365 queries from remote locations.
• Participate in on-call roster outside working hours.
• Perform other duties as required.
