Job summary

Digital Links Inc. seeks a skilled M365 Engineer to oversee enterprise-level Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Entra ID. You will work under the DSM Team Lead, collaborating with DSM members and clients across Europe.

The role requires 4+ years in email/identity infrastructure, customer-facing experience, scripting skills, and ITIL awareness. On-site/remote with international delivery locations in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large, multi-site email and identity infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work with Cloud and M365 deployments for customers.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Defender, Purview and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide M365 tenant global administration and management.
• Administer Entra ID policies and governance.
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, OneDrive, Defender, Purview.
• Manage provisioning and lifecycle of Entra ID objects and licenses.
• Handle mail routing, hygiene, archiving, and e-discovery.
• Respond to M365 queries and participate in on-call roster.
