Job summary

Ikigai Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior NPI Program Manager to oversee the readiness of complex electronic hardware products as they move from development to volume production in Barcelona. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams, aligning stakeholders and managing risks across the product lifecycle.

In this hybrid role, you will drive stage-gate reviews (EVT, DVT, PVT), maintain integrated schedules, and deliver executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, with 5+ in NPI or cross-functional roles.
• Proven industrialization and production launch experience for electronic hardware.
• Strong electronics manufacturing, supply chain and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with EVT/DVT/PVT and stage-gate methodologies.
• Master's degree and proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira; fluent English.
• Nice to have PMP/Prince2, MBA, Spanish fluency, international supplier coordination.
• Salary: Open salary depending on experience.
• Hybrid: 4 days at office in Barcelona, 1 day remote; 1 week remote per year.
• Exposure to senior management and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated NPI schedules and dependencies across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness including components, PCA assembly, system integration, ramp-up and logistics.
• Organize stage-gate reviews for EVT, DVT, PVT and production release milestones.
• Monitor cross-functional risks and scheduling conflicts with escalation.
• Prepare consolidated readiness reports and executive dashboards.
• Optimize NPI processes, RACI matrices, planning methodologies and cross-functional coordination practices.
