Hireroo Ltd in Barcelona seeks an experienced NPI Operations Manager to coordinate introduction of complex electronic hardware from development to manufacturing and launch. You will lead NPI planning, readiness activities and cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, production and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the technology industry, incl 5+ years in NPI or operations program management.
• Proven experience launching complex electronic hardware products into volume production.
• Strong knowledge of EVT, DVT, PVT and manufacturing readiness processes.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, PCB/PCA assembly, system integration and supply chains.
• Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement and quality teams.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management and dependency tracking.
• Experience working with external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Manage integrated NPI schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate readiness across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
• Facilitate EVT, DVT, PVT and production launch reviews.
• Identify and manage manufacturing readiness risks and blockers.
• Track manufacturing readiness, component availability, production ramp and logistics.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Maintain NPI dashboards, progress reports and risk registers.
• Improve NPI processes, workflows and documentation.
