Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, seeks a Senior IT Program Manager within the Infrastructure and Software Engineering (ISE) team to establish and maintain a portfolio view, challenge plans and forecasts, and provide the CTO and Senior Manager with clarity to prioritize and intervene.

You will report to senior leaders, drive portfolio reporting via Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, dashboards and dependency maps, and adapt involvement per initiative with a hybrid Barcelona

Formación

• Extensive senior-level experience leading complex software programs and portfolios.
• Strong technical foundation across the software development lifecycle and full stack systems.
• Excellent project and program management skills, including governance and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain the company-wide software inventory and portfolio view.
• Create portfolio-level control across dozens of initiatives with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Validate technical realism of plans and forecasts with engineering leaders.
• Provide portfolio reporting to CTO and Senior Manager using Jira, Confluence, and dashboards.
• Adapt involvement level per initiative, providing direct PM/PO support only when needed.
