NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) in Spain to provide managed services for client IT infrastructure. You will monitor systems, investigate incidents, and resolve requests while following SOPs and maintaining high service standards.

You will also contribute to incident analysis, patching, configuration changes, and potential automation opportunities, with occasional project support and disaster recovery activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling IT service management processes and tickets.
• Ability to communicate and work across cultures and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor client infrastructure and resolve incidents and requests.
• Perform maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
• Investigate first-line incidents and determine root causes.
• Escalate when necessary and follow SOPs for incident resolution.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
