Tripledot Studios in Barcelona is seeking a passionate Product Manager to elevate a mobile game to the next level, owning the product strategy from roadmap to monetisation.

You will work with real-time data, market trends and cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses, run experiments and drive successful launches and scaling in live game environments.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a product manager for mobile games.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance using data.
• Experience with live-game optimisation and experiments.
• Experience monetising mobile games; hybrid monetisation preferred.
• Able to adapt across new and live product lines.
• Strong organisation, ownership and communication in fast-paced teams.
• Experience in casual mobile games.
• Background in analytics or data science is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for a mobile game or area.
• Use player behavior, performance and market data to identify opportunities.
• Define, prioritise and evaluate A/B tests across monetisation and gameplay.
• Optimise hybrid monetisation across IAP and ads.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, artists and analysts to execute.
• Partner with UA to support launch and scaling decisions.
• Establish success metrics and monitor KPIs; share insights with stakeholders.
• Make evidence-based recommendations on iteration or stop/scale.
• Support a Product Analyst as the team evolves.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The role will entail leading a product and elevating it to the next level. The role requires having a holistic view of the entire app, including Roadmap, UA and Monetization.

You will be using real-time data, industry trends and experience to make product decisions, see them through production and use data to validate your hypothesis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for a mobile game or a significant area of a live game.
• Use player behaviour, game performance and market data to identify opportunities and make clear product decisions.
• Define, prioritise and evaluate A/B tests across monetisation, gameplay, progression and level performance.
• Optimise hybrid monetisation systems across in-app purchases and advertising.
• Partner with game designers, level designers, developers, artists and analysts to translate product goals into focused execution.
• Collaborate with user acquisition partners to understand marketability and support effective launch and scaling decisions.
• Establish success metrics, monitor product KPIs and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Make evidence-based recommendations on whether to iterate, scale or stop development of new game concepts.
• Support a Product Analyst as the role and team evolve.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Significant product management experience within mobile games
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to diagnose performance, prioritise opportunities and assess impact.
• Experience with live-game optimisation, including experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience working with mobile-game monetisation; ideally hybrid monetisation experience is preferred.
• Adaptability to work across both new and live products.
• Strong organisation, ownership and communication skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in casual mobile games; puzzle-game experience is preferred.
• A background or education in analytics, data science or a related quantitative discipline is advantageous.
