Aristocrat Gaming in Barcelona invites you to join a growing product management team, focusing on learning and contributing to the development and optimization of a social/mobile game. You will collaborate with designers, engineers and marketers to build features that maximize engagement, retention and monetization.

You will gain hands-on experience in roadmapping, user research, wireframing, and KPI-driven decision making, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetizable.
• Aid with idea-to-concept conversion, test with users and decide on implementation—owning features from ideation to delivery.
• Learn to create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
• Gather and synthesize player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, artists, and engineers to prioritize tasks and manage the roadmap.
• Learn to define, measure and analyze KPIs and base decisions on metrics.
• Perform systematic A/B tests (split testing).
• Continuously optimize features post-launch for engagement and monetization.
