Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior ML Engineer Recommender Systems, Developer Advocacy for Spain (remote). You will lead the evolution of a personalized recommendation system for an interactive learning tool and own real-time recommendation services.

You’ll build, validate, monitor, and iterate on models used in production, define metrics, and collaborate with engineers, product analytics, and developer advocacy to drive measurable product decisions.

Formación

• Recommendation and personalization science: building ranking or next-best-action systems.
• HTTP/gRPC, streaming, Go/TypeScript experience in distributed systems.
• Applied model ownership: build, validate, monitor models in product environments.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve the Interactive Learning plugin's recommendation system with personalized approaches.
• Build, validate, version, monitor, and iterate on models used by the recommender.
• Define offline/online measures of recommendation quality and monitor performance.
• Ship incremental improvements by leveraging existing data and infrastructure.
