Comply365 in Barcelona is seeking an experienced ML engineer to join our hybrid team. You will own ML initiatives end to end, from problem understanding through deployment and monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in machine learning, strong Python and PyData skills, and hands-on production ML experience, with the ability to mentor others while partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver robust AI solutions for aviation, rail and defense domains.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional ML experience with hands-on production deployment.
• Strong foundation in ML and software engineering.
• Experience in NLP models and production systems.
• Python and PyData expertise; knowledge of ML/Ops frameworks.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own ML initiatives end to end from problem understanding to production delivery.
• Evaluate ML technologies for customer value and pragmatic solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on robust ML solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code with high engineering standards.
• Pair programming and knowledge sharing to improve practices.
