BizAway is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data & Analytics Team in Barcelona. You will design, develop and deploy ML-powered data products that directly impact business value, collaborating with data analysts and engineers to build robust pipelines and production-ready systems.

You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, help define ML best practices, and drive measurable value over time while contributing to a pragmatic, impact-driven AI culture at BizAway.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in ML or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Strong understanding of core ML techniques.
• Experience with feature engineering and real-world datasets.
• Familiarity with APIs and model serving.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and their use within end-to-end AI workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership of projects.
• Master's degree (or PhD) in related field.
• English proficiency (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing, and deploying ML-powered data products.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to translate needs and KPIs into modeling approaches, and with Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines.
• Own the full lifecycle of ML models from framing to deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Contribute to best practices for ML development, including evaluation, versioning, and performance monitoring.
