Comply365 is seeking an experienced ML engineer in Barcelona to join a newly established team working on an AI-powered platform for aviation, rail, and defense. You will own ML initiatives end to end, deploy production-ready models, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver robust AI solutions.

The role requires hands-on ML production experience, strong Python and NLP skills, and a pragmatic, product-driven mindset.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on ML experience, with production systems.
• Strong Python and PyData ecosystem proficiency (Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience building and deploying NLP models in production.
• Cloud experience and ML observability/monitoring capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own ML initiatives end to end — from problem understanding to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Apply a product mindset to select ML/AI technologies that deliver business value.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver robust ML solutions.
• Write clean, scalable code with strong software engineering practices.
• Mentor and coach engineers to raise ML capability across the team.
