Blu Selection - Recruitment Agency seeks a Senior AI & ML Engineer to own end-to-end ML lifecycles, building scalable AI solutions for an international tech stack. You will design, develop and automate data workflows and production pipelines, ensuring reliability and compliance with best practices.

The role requires hands-on AI/ML, Python excellence, and strong MLOps experience within an Agile setup. On-site in Barcelona, with competitive salary and comprehensive perks.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT/engineering experience.
• Advanced Python proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures and data engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling and deployment pipelines.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows with CI/CD, containers and observability.
• Lead design, development and optimization of scalable AI solutions.
• Translate research into production value while ensuring data privacy and ethics.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to convert complex challenges into clear requirements.
