Comply365 is seeking full-stack engineers who can build AI-powered software for aviation safety and operations. The role is in Barcelona, hybrid, with a core schedule and flexible hours, and focuses on collaborative, test-driven development in an enterprise environment.

You will work on scalable AI solutions, tackle real-world aviation challenges, and contribute to a startup-like team backed by a larger enterprise.

Formación

• 8+ years building high-reliability or at-scale solutions.
• Strong backend development in Python, Go, Kotlin, PHP or Java.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar enterprise databases.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and major cloud providers.
• ML models and algorithms applied to real-world problems is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI software for airline clients.
• Implement ML algorithms and data processing for aviation problems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to productionize AI models.
• Write clean, well-documented full-stack code with high-quality standards.
• Own cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance for your code.
• Pair program and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Develop and run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
