Siemens Energy in Spain is seeking a Mechanical Senior Engineer for Service Operations to deliver expert-level maintenance for Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators at customer sites. You will diagnose complex mechanical issues, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and independently manage on-site activities with strict attention to safety and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in field service engineering, preferably with industrial steam turbines, generators, or similar rotating equipment.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical problems and manage service projects.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and the use of test equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relationship management and influencing skills, complemented by strong analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical and electromechanical issues on industrial steam turbines and generators at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Independently manage on-site activities, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, developing relationships to understand their needs and secure future business.
• Contribute to the improvement of service processes and workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
