Siemens Energy is seeking a Mechanical Senior Engineer for our Service Operations team in Spain, focusing on industrial steam turbines and generators. You will diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues on-site, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and independently manage activities while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and contribute to continuous service-process improvements to drive future

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in field service engineering, preferably with industrial steam turbines, generators, or similar rotating equipment.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical problems and manage service projects.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and use of test equipment.
• Excellent customer relationship management and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical and electromechanical issues on industrial steam turbines and generators at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Independently manage on-site activities, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, developing relationships to understand their needs and secure future business.
• Contribute to the improvement of service processes and workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
