Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager- Marketing Operations to support the Central Marketing Organization. You will ensure a consistent project management framework, prioritize requests, and allocate resources effectively while acting as the central hub for Central Marketing projects.

You will partner with the Solutions Marketing team on multi-channel campaigns and manage ongoing campaigns in flight, bringing a strong background in marketing operations and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in program/project management principles and methodologies.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to move action forward in a professional manner.
• 5+ years of business experience demonstrating a broad background across marketing, operations and project/program management.
• 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaign related projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate marketing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and priorities of the organization.
• Work with Central and Product Marketing to ingest and align work to segment priorities and deliver marketing projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Identify potential project risks and elevate for remediation and reprioritization as needed.
• Independently manage changes to ensure goals are achieved, analyzing risks and solving problems.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
