Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Services to accelerate client growth by delivering best-in-class marketing solutions. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, consulting and business development, partnering with issuing banks and other financial institutions to uncover opportunities and co-marketing initiatives that drive acquisition and card usage.

• Proven ability to identify and develop marketing opportunities for clients.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate objectives into actionable marketing solutions.
• Ability to build compelling business cases to demonstrate ROI of marketing programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure client investment in marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing pipeline across issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and financial institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of client marketing strategies to increase acquisition, activation, retention and card usage.
• Leverage insights, market research, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform recommendations.
• Advise on go-to-market, customer engagement programs and brand-building initiatives.
• Partner with product, sales, consulting and marketing teams to create integrated solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing programs including research, strategic planning, creative, media, CRM and measurement.
• Manage agency and partner relationships to ensure best-in-class execution and measurable results.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and against KPIs.
• Leverage Visa sponsorships and partnerships to create differentiated client marketing platforms.
• Define success metrics and track performance with robust measurement frameworks.
