Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to support Financial Institutions in Spain. You will drive client engagement, develop commercial initiatives and performance insights that create value for Mastercard and its customers.

The role involves analytics, project coordination and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You will own end-to-end account management, contribute to proposals and strategies, and build strong client relationships across product,

Formación

Experience in account management, sales, fintech, banking, payments or financial services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create executive-level presentations and client-ready materials.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Highly organized, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end account management responsibilities, driving client engagement and sales pipeline oversight.
Support meeting preparation, opportunity tracking and follow-up on key actions.
Assist in development of account strategies, proposals and business plans.
Use data and insights to identify opportunities, risks and gaps, and translate into recommendations for leaders and clients.
Collaborate with product, services, marketing, operations, fraud and finance to deliver client commitments.
