Job summary

Trust in SODA is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Engineer to join a small CRM team and enhance campaigns across email, SMS, web push, and app notifications. You will work hands-on with SQL, HTML/CSS, and Selligent, turning data insights into personalized customer journeys.

Lead the design of automated CRM workflows, optimize deliverability, and own data integrations to improve engagement and conversion while collaborating with analytics and marketing colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in CRM, marketing automation, or digital campaign management.
• Strong SQL skills with large customer databases and complex segments.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, with experience building responsive email templates.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms; Selligent is a plus.
• Understanding of campaign performance, deliverability, A/B testing, and journey optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop SQL queries for audience segmentation and data extraction.
• Create responsive HTML/CSS email templates and newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and improve engagement and conversion.
• Improve deliverability and troubleshoot campaign issues.
• Connect Python-based insights with the CRM platform for data-driven campaigns.
• Optimize data flows and integration of additional data sources into the CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and analytics teams to improve CRM processes.
