• Experience in marine/cargo underwriting activities.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions, applications, and reports to assess risk for each account.
• Calculate risk premiums considering risks, reinsurance, and costs to ensure profitability.
• Advise and service brokers/clients on insurance and risk management matters.
• Manage relationships to create cross-selling opportunities and retain accounts.
• Ensure timely implementation of new and renewed accounts per quality standards.
• Support planning, forecasting, and monitor financial exposure and premium income.
• Monitor active claims and contribute to settlements as needed.
