Qualifications

• Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol.
• Living in Marbella or surrounding areas with strong local knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Marbella, surrounding areas and local developments.
• Track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales.
• Confidence on the phone and proactive follow up.
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline, prioritise under pressure and keep deals moving.
• Strong organisation and accurate CRM management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a welcome advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
