Job summary

ROCCABOX PROPERTY GROUP is expanding its senior sales team on the Costa del Sol and is seeking experienced brokers to join an ambitious, established business in Marbella. You will own active buyer inquiries, manage the journey from initial contact through viewings and negotiations to completion, and leverage our extensive property stock and client pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol.
• Ideally already living in Marbella or surrounding areas with strong local knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Marbella, surrounding areas and local developments.
• Track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales.
• Confident on the phone with proactive follow up and a busy pipeline management.
• Fluent English; additional languages welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of active buyer inquiries and manage the entire journey from first conversation to completion.
• Handle property search, viewings, negotiations and closing processes.
• Maintain an organised CRM and actively follow up with clients.

• Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol
• Ideally already living in Marbella or the surrounding areas, with strong local knowledge and ready to join our office in Nueva Andalucía
• Strong knowledge of Marbella, the surrounding areas and local developments
• A track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales
• Confidence on the phone and consistent, proactive follow up
• The ability to manage a busy pipeline, prioritise under pressure and keep deals moving
• Strong organisation and accurate CRM management
• Fluent English. Additional languages are a welcome advantage
• An established brand with 300 Google reviews
• A consistent flow of buyer enquiries and an active client pipeline
