Lifted is seeking ambitious Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultants to join its Marbella and Costa del Sol team. You will work with a prestige international brand, handling inquiries from qualified buyers and listing luxury properties from €1 million and above.

Fluent English is essential, with additional European language skills desirable. The role offers uncapped earnings, comprehensive marketing support, and a clear path for career growth in a market-leading luxury real estate group.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential.
• Additional European language is highly desirable.
• Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience listing, presenting and selling luxury property is advantageous.
• Ability to build strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Professional, confident and highly presentable.
• Excellent communication and digital literacy skills.
• Knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol property market is beneficial.
• Valid Spanish residency, driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Daily qualified buyer enquiries for luxury properties.
• Access to an extensive portfolio of luxury and exclusive listings.
• Work with in‑house marketing support to generate inbound leads.
• Provide professional client service to international buyers and referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentoring programs.
