Marbella Platform is seeking a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator in Marbella to join our growth-driven team. The role focuses on marketing, social media, lead follow-up and digital visibility, with some administration and coordination duties.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organised, and comfortable coordinating with clients, agents and partners in a luxury real estate and construction environment.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong experience with social media and Canva.
• Organised, reliable and good at follow-up.
• Able to communicate with clients, agents and partners.
• Interest in real estate, design, construction and luxury property.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Creating and posting content for properties, villa projects, renovations, plots and investment opportunities
• Managing social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Updating CRM systems and helping organise client information
• Supporting client communication, appointments, project coordination and marketing material
• Helping us keep structure in a fast-moving luxury real estate and construction environment
