ROCCABOX PROPERTY GROUP in Marbella is seeking Senior Real Estate Brokers to own buyer enquiries and guide the process from initial search through viewings, negotiations and closing. The role rewards initiative, accountability and results with a strong local network and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have proven Costa del Sol selling experience, Marbella familiarity, and a track record of building relationships, negotiating offers, and closing sales using a proactive, phone-driven approach.

Competenze

• Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol.
• Living in Marbella or surrounding areas with strong local knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Marbella, surrounding areas and local developments.
• Track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales.
• Confidence on the phone and proactive follow up.
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline, prioritise under pressure and keep deals moving.
• Strong organisation and accurate CRM management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a welcome advantage.
• Valid driving licence.

Take ownership of active buyer enquiries and manage the entire journey, from the first conversation and property search through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

You’ll join a team that values initiative, accountability and results. People who pick up the phone, understand their clients and follow through.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol
• Ideally already living in Marbella or the surrounding areas, with strong local knowledge and ready to join our office in Nueva Andalucía
• Strong knowledge of Marbella, the surrounding areas and local developments
• A track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales
• Confidence on the phone and consistent, proactive follow up
• The ability to manage a busy pipeline, prioritise under pressure and keep deals moving
• Strong organisation and accurate CRM management
• Fluent English. Additional languages are a welcome advantage
