Zusammenfassung

ProChema GmbH is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth across Europe in the polymer processing and rubber compounding sectors. You will be the industry expert, turning market knowledge into strategic business opportunities and enabling the sales force with compelling value propositions.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multi-country accounts, collaborate with Product Management and Logistics, and travel about 30–50% to build strong relationships with key customers

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business with raw materials or additives for polymer processing and/or rubber compounding is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM systems; comfortable with figures and statistics.
• Able to travel approximately 30–50%.
• Fluent in English and the local language where you operate.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe for polymer processing and rubber compounding industries.
• Acquire new customers and enable the sales team to expand in their markets.
• Provide sales teams with compelling value propositions, market intelligence and actionable arguments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Logistics and coordinate with the New Products Team for portfolio development.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with decision-makers across technical, purchasing and management functions.

From market research and direct sales to expert guidance for our European organization!

Your Business and Area of Responsibility:

• You are the industry expert and leader who turns market knowledge into business growth across Europe. Within our targeted 15 industries, polymer processing and rubber compounding are the two highest-priority industries for you, where you understand the value chains, customer needs, technologies and competitive landscape.
• You identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, while also enabling our sales team to successfully develop these industries in their respective markets.
• You provide our sales professionals with compelling customer value propositions, relevant market intelligence and clear, actionable sales arguments, helping them to position our offering successfully.
• You cooperate closely with colleagues in Product Management and Logistics. For the worldwide search for new products to further develop your portfolio, you are supported by our New Products Team.
• You build and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers across technical, purchasing and management functions, including within multinational customer organizations.
• You continuously deepen your understanding of your customer industries and their needs. You think strategically and pragmatically, and act as a convincing professional leader and guide.
• You have a vision for what is achievable and continuously take steps to pursue common goals!

Requirements

Your Profile & Talents:

• Experience in business with raw materials or additives for polymer processing and/or rubber compounding is mandatory.
• “Sales personality” with the format to represent our company at every negotiation level. You find the right words in friendly, but sometimes also tough negotiations with customers. You establish trustful relationships.
• You are willing to learn and use CRM systems and understand figures and statistics.
• You are flexible but also able to organize your diverse challenges well.
• You enjoy taking over responsibility, you have a hands‑on personality and willingness to travel (approx. 30–50%).
• Business‑fluent English and local language.
