MediaMarktSaturn Plattform Services GmbH in Pinto is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation. You will own strategy, cost efficiency, service quality and team performance to ensure operational excellence across the network.

You will define the Last Mile 2MH strategy, manage the transport budget, negotiate with 4PL and carriers, supervise internal teams, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management in fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, cost control, and service quality management.
• Advanced English level, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated leadership with 5 direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset focused on cost, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead Last Mile 2MH strategy including carrier mix and service models.
• Own the 2MH transport budget: forecast, tracking, and year-end closing.
• Lead relationships with 4PL: SLA negotiations and business reviews.
• Negotiate and renew carrier contracts; manage network across UHs.
• Supervise Maykel and internal teams delivering 2MH products.
• Coordinate with UH Manager to align capacity with delivery commitments.
• Validate transport invoices and 4PL billing.
• Monitor NPS and delivery KPIs; drive root-cause analyses and improvements.
• Ensure SLA compliance; manage penalties with evidence.
• Develop team: set objectives, give feedback and grow capability.
• Drive continuous improvement across Last Mile 2MH operations.
