MediaMarkt es líder omnicanal en España. Buscamos un Senior Manager de Supply Chain para liderar la operación Last Mile 2MH, definiendo estrategia, coste-eficiencia, calidad de servicio y rendimiento del equipo en toda la red.

La persona gestionará presupuesto de transporte 2MH, negociará con 4PL y contratos de carriers, supervisará a los equipos técnicos de entrega e instalación y coordinará capacidades con otros responsables.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida en operaciones de última milla, logística o gestión de la cadena de suministro.
• Conocimiento de KPIs operativos, control de costos y gestión de calidad de servicio.
• Inglés avanzado, hablado y escrito.
• Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de personas (5 reports) y colaboración cross-funcional.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y liderar la estrategia de Last Mile 2MH, incluyendo la cobertura por área y el modelo de servicio.
• Conducir el presupuesto de transporte 2MH: previsión, seguimiento mensual y cierre anual.
• Gestión de relación con 4PL: negociación de SLA, revisiones de negocio y escalamiento.
• Negociar y renovar contratos de transporte; gestionar la red de carriers.
• Supervisar a Maykel y los equipos técnicos para entrega e instalación de productos 2MH.
• Coordinar con UH Manager para alinear capacidad de preparación con compromisos de entrega.
• Validar facturas de transporte y facturación 4PL.
• Monitorear NPS y KPIs de entrega; liderar análisis de causa raíz y planes de mejora.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de SLA de 4PL y carriers; gestionar penalizaciones con evidencia.
• Liderar desarrollo del equipo: objetivos, feedback y desarrollo de capacidades a largo plazo.
• Impulsar mejora continua en operaciones y procesos Last Mile 2MH.

Tus tareas

As Senior Manager of Supply Chain, your mission is to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation, owning its strategy, cost efficiency, service quality, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.

• Define and lead the Last Mile 2MH strategy: carrier mix, coverage by area and service model.
• Ownership of the 2MH transport budget: forecast, monthly tracking and year-end closing.
• Lead the strategic relationship with the 4PL: SLA negotiation, business reviews and escalation.
• Negotiate and renew carrier contracts; manage the carrier network across all UHs.
• Supervise Maykel and the own technical teams delivering and installing 2MH products.
• Coordinate with the UH Manager to align preparation capacity with delivery commitments.
• Validate and approve all transport invoices and 4PL billing.
• Monitor NPS and delivery KPIs; lead root-cause analysis and improvement plans.
• Ensure 4PL and carrier SLA compliance; manage penalties with evidence.
• Lead team development: set objectives, provide feedback and build long-term capability.
• Drive continuous improvement across Last Mile 2MH operations and processes.

Tu perfil

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration will be considered a plus.
• Solid professional experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in complex and fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, and service quality management.
• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
• Strong proactive mindset.
• High adaptability to change, thriving in fast-paced and evolving operational environments.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience managing 5 direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and operational mindset, with a focus on cost, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage end-to-end operational performance while maintaining high standards of service and team engagement.
