Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Senior Manager for Elastic Security Endpoint Protections, leading a globally distributed team across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. You will mentor engineers, own roadmaps, and align research with product strategy.

You should have hands-on security research experience, OS internals knowledge, and a passion for defending customers against real-world adversaries. This role offers flexible locations and strong growth.

Formación

• People-leadership experience guiding senior technical contributors on globally distributed teams.
• Practitioner background as security researcher analyzing attacker TTPs and building protections.
• Hands-on OS internals knowledge in kernel and user mode on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Hands-on reverse engineering and malware analysis experience.
• Adversarial mindset to anticipate evasion and design for resilience.
• Clear communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team across endpoint internals, prevention engineering, and machine learning.
• Own the roadmap and drive delivery, balancing efficacy, performance, and stability across millions of endpoints.
• Connect team work to Elastic Security with new detection and protection capabilities.
• Direct the team's machine learning work, including data quality and telemetry features.
• Drive cross-platform protection parity across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Represent the team externally at conferences and with customers and partners.
