SITA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support Aircraft's inorganic growth via the central M&A team. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, track actions and risks, and prepare leadership materials for executive reviews.

In this role you will manage multi-workstream projects across Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Operations, ensuring timely delivery and clear decision points. Fluent English is required and prior PMO experience is valued.

Formación

• 7+ years in project management or corporate development, M&A support, or cross-functional programs.
• Aviation industry knowledge, preferably airline operations, SaaS, or B2B software.
• Strong program management skills with senior stakeholders and multi-workstream oversight.
• Familiarity with the M&A lifecycle: pipeline, screening, due diligence, and integration.
• MBA or equivalent business background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the M&A pipeline with structured prioritization and milestones.
• Coordinate Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Operations workstreams.
• Prepare leadership materials and board-ready updates for senior leaders.
• Assist due diligence with agendas, information packs, and findings tracking.
• Support early integration planning and post-merger continuity for customers and employees.
