SITA is seeking a Project Lead within the Aircraft Business Unit to drive end-to-end delivery of product and service projects for airline, avionics manufacturers, and air transport customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Customer Service and Operations, Product Management, and more in 20+ countries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum of three years’ project management experience delivering communications, telecommunications, or network infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical specialists, commercial teams, product managers, operations teams, suppliers, and customers.
• International experience demonstrating ability to work across countries and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects through the full life cycle, from definition and planning through delivery, transition to operations, and formal closure, ensuring business and customer outcomes are achieved.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear project plans, budgets, schedules, resource needs, dependencies, and risk responses.
• Build and coordinate geographically distributed, cross-functional teams, establishing clear responsibilities and securing resources required for delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes; identify delivery constraints early and accelerate when needed.
• Apply portfolio and project management standards, including governance reviews, status reporting, decision tracking, risk management, and executive communications.
• Manage customer and stakeholder communications, maintain alignment on priorities and expectations, and present progress updates and recommendations to senior management.
