Sita - Société Internationale De Télécommunications, Barcelona, is seeking a PMO lead to steer the M&A lifecycle for SITA for Aircraft. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and prepare inputs for leadership reviews and board discussions.

The role requires 7+ years in project management or corporate development, aviation or SaaS exposure, and the ability to frame ambiguous problems into clear workplans. MBA welcome; strong communication with C-suite.

Formación

• 7+ years in PMO, corporate development, or M&A support.
• Aviation industry knowledge, preferably airline operations, SaaS, B2B software.
• Strong PM skills in senior-stakeholder environments; PM certification valued.
• MBA or equivalent business background welcomed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with investment bankers, consultants, and legal advisors.

In this role you will steer SITA for Aircraft’s inorganic growth initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams through the M&A lifecycle. You’ll serve as the operational backbone, keeping workstreams on track, preparing leadership materials, and ensuring timely, quality inputs for central M&A activities. You’ll turn complex commercial and product data into clear updates for senior leaders, while shaping due diligence and integration planning. • Good understanding of the M&A lifecycle (pipeline, screening, due diligence, transaction, integration)
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear workplans, actions, and decisions
• Comfort with financial and business-case inputs; MBA or equivalent business background welcome
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with investment banks, consultants, and legal advisors
