Prada Group, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join the Versace brand team in Barcelona. You will build relationships with clients, maximise sales, maintain store image and deliver the Versace customer experience.

You will partner with management to hit sales targets, expand product knowledge, and enhance CRM by capturing client data, organizing events, and ensuring exceptional service.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Creative skills and an eye for fashion, with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers and maximise sales opportunities while maintaining store standards.
• Deliver the Versace customer experience and act as brand ambassador.
• Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and promote product knowledge.
• Capture customer data, participate in events, and manage CRM activities.
• Ensure stock, backroom, and visual merchandising are maintained to company standards.
• Provide excellent service and drive client loyalty through ongoing engagement.
