Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar logistics leadership role.
• Experience in Transportation Management and warehouse/logistics operator management.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, international trade, and customs.
• Experience in supplier management and data analysis/reporting.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and develop action plans.
• Advanced proficiency in management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the logistics services strategy (courier, parcel, special transports, warehousing).
• Lead logistics projects aligned with business needs, ensuring objectives on time, cost, quality and efficiency.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Manage operational incidents, claims and contingencies to minimize impact.
• Oversee use and development of digital tools and logistics management systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, environmental and safety requirements.
