Your role

Lead the strategy and management of the company’s logistics services, ensuring efficient, safe, sustainable, and profitable operations through the coordination of logistics providers, continuous process optimization, and execution of logistics projects aligned with business needs, guaranteeing the service levels committed to internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the logistics services strategy such as courier, parcel delivery, special transports, and warehousing.
  • Manage logistics projects according to business needs, being responsible for meeting objectives in terms of timeline, cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of the logistics chain through indicators, identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage operational incidents, claims, and contingency situations, coordinating necessary actions to minimize business impact.
  • Ensure the correct use and development of digital tools and logistics management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, customs, quality, environmental, and safety requirements applicable to logistics activities.
Work Experience
  • Education in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Transportation Management
