Siemens Healthineers Madrid is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to partner with regional teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. You will optimize processes and align withSales, Project Management, and Clinical Applications to ensure smooth adoption of Varian products.

The role emphasizes training, resource planning, and ownership of operational efficiency, with a values-driven culture that supports learning and collaboration across a global health tech leader.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RTT/Medical Dosimetrist certification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Varian experience.
• Clinical experience with Varian products strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand needs and set expectations for product implementation.
• Coordinate training and education with the Applications Director, Manager, and cross-functional teams.
• Forecast opportunities for incremental revenue through Multi-Year Service Agreements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
