Veeva is seeking a Principal Business Consultant in its Quality Practice to help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will own strategic growth, shape operating models, and oversee selling and delivering consulting programs.

In this global role, you will lead large, complex projects, mentor teams, and act as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s software and data to solve critical quality challenges.

Formación

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Life Sciences landscape.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
• Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+.
• Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice.
• Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges.
