Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager in its Quality Practice to help clients bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products.

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting.
• Leadership in managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the end‑to‑end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large‑scale, and global engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long‑term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand‑building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry.
