Veeva Systems is hiring a Consultant for our R&D Business Consulting practice. You will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI across Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory domains.

You will lead end-to-end workstreams, mentor Associates, and contribute to growth while working with a global team serving Top 20 Pharma and smaller organisations. This is a flexible, work-anywhere role in Spain.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Master Class pathway described for candidates with 3–5 years life sciences experience or a military background.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, guiding their development within your workstream.
• Contribute to business development and internal IP creation to drive practice growth.
