Veeva Systems in Spain is seeking a Senior Consultant for our R&D Business Consulting practice to help customers accelerate bringing therapies to patients by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI.

You will lead small projects, manage 2–3 consultants, drive business development, and develop deep expertise in Clinical, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance. This role offers global impact with a Work Anywhere model and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven expertise in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety
• Analytical rigor with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Strong communication to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsabilidades

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end design and delivery of small-scale projects
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants
• Business Development: Drive practice growth via proposals and new opportunities
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex Life Sciences challenges using data, software, and AI insights
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas across the R&D BC practice
