Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to head the on-site scheduling team for large-scale Data Centre projects in Barcelona. You will review internal and contractor schedules, analyze time impacts, validate data, and report findings to management and clients.

You will maintain the master programme, integrate multiple contract packages, and develop mitigation plans to keep milestones on track. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project planning and scheduling experience on complex construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple data sources into a master schedule.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules, analyze time impacts, validate data, and report findings.
• Maintain and monitor the master programme and integrate contract packages into the schedule.
• Prepare and monitor tasks to ensure project requirements are met against the schedule.
• Develop mitigation plans and assess contractor extension of time claims.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients and track key milestones.
• Coordinate with contractor and project team to update the project schedule.
