Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Barcelona is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to drive advanced planning, scheduling, risk analysis and change management across major projects. You will lead development of WBS and CBS with project teams, prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress reports, and carry out probabilistic schedule analysis.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will coordinate inputs into a master schedule and support timely project delivery with strong communication and controls

Qualifications

• Requires expertise in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor progress and manage changes on major projects.
• Develop WBS and CBS with project teams.
• Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress reports.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on schedules.
• Highlight deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Produce integrated planning contributions to monthly reports.
• Analyze schedule variances and change orders.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple sources into a master schedule.
