Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team on large-scale Data Centre construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead on-site scheduling, manage master schedules, and ensure accurate progress reporting.

You will coordinate with contractors and client teams, develop mitigation plans, and integrate contract packages into the master plan. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus 7–10 years of scheduling experience, are required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects, preferably data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site scheduling team; review schedules and identify risks.
• Maintain and monitor the master schedule and ensure timely progress reports.
• Integrate contract packages into the master plan; review contractor schedules and advise clients.
